Her classes and personal training sessions offer a well-balanced mix of martial arts, functional training, yoga, mat pilates, post-rehab strengthening, and much more! Paz is known for her ability to create a safe, empowering, and fun fitness experience for everyone she works with. With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, she is certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor by Athletics and Fitness Association of America; a 200 RYT Vinyasa yoga teacher accredited by the Yoga Alliance; a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner trained by Michael Sitzer; a G.E.A.R indoor bicycle instructor; holds a certificate in Medicinal Herbalism from the BotanoLogos School of Herbal Studies, a Certified Mind Body eating Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating based in CO and is currently working towards her NeuroKinetic Therapy Level #1 certification with David Weinstock. And is trained in CPR and AED. An avid outdoor explorer who believes in movement to be a tonic for the heart, mind, and soul.</image:caption>
